The FEM Program
A leadership online program for girls aged 13–18, combining self-discovery, essential leadership skills, and digital literacy. 900+ active participants from 12 countries, 165 completions, supported by 8 mentors.
It provides a safe and inspiring space where young girls can develop leadership qualities, connect with peers, and become active participants in society.

Kateryna Biloruska Foundation, is a charitable organization dedicated to empowering children and youth through education, personal development, and mentorship programs.
Through our work, we aim to cultivate a generation of confident, educated, and empathetic leaders who can contribute to building a sustainable and harmonious future. Together, we can create a world where every child has the chance to dream, act, and achieve without limitations.
Collaboration with Global Digital
FEM 3.0 has a new digital home
We’re proud to announce a new collaboration between the Kateryna Biloruska Foundation and Global Digital Community using the EduAgentic platform.
For our participants, this means more than simply joining lectures online. The platform makes learning more interactive and engaging through challenges, gamified experiences and AI-powered tools designed to support individual learning journeys.
For FEM, this collaboration is another step towards rethinking what education for the next generation can look like — combining human connection, mentorship and real-world experience with technology that makes learning more dynamic and engaging.
